Based in Garfield Heights, Ohio, our state-of-the-art facility offers Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and community-based programs that provide a compassionate, structured, and supportive environment.
We are hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team on a part-time hybrid basis. This role is perfect for a mission-driven provider who wants to deliver high-quality, child-centered care in a collaborative environment.
Clinical Services
- Conduct psychiatric and medical evaluations for children and adolescents
- Provide medication management, including prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications
- Complete comprehensive history and physical exams tailored to the pediatric population
- Develop and adjust treatment plans in coordination with the clinical team.
- Deliver trauma-informed, family-centered care that emphasizes empathy and education
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Partner with therapists, case managers, and support staff to ensure whole-child care
- Participate in treatment planning meetings and interdisciplinary reviews
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, pediatricians, and external partners
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant records in our EHR system
- Adhere to HIPAA, child safety, and professional practice standards
- Follow InspireKids policies on workplace safety and drug-free employment
Requirements:
Licensure & Experience
- Current Ohio licensure as a FNP or PMHNP
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric, developmental, or behavioral health settings preferred
- Board-certified and in good standing with relevant governing body
