Job Details
Seekin an attorney with 2–5 years of legal experience to join its Labor & Employment Law and Public Law Practice Groups. Individuals who apply should have experience : advising and representing employers and / or governments in areas of employment, labor, and municipal law; appearing before administrative agencies and / or courts on behalf of employers and governmental clients; negotiating collective bargaining agreements; representing employers in labor arbitrations; handing Open Meeting and Public Record matters; and preparing personnel policies and conducting employment investigations. The successful candidate also will have outstanding academic, analytical, research, writing, and communication skills. This position is partnership track and provides a competitive compensation and benefits package.
