Perform internet market research on a variety of vehicle types (Heavy Duty Trucks, Light Duty Commercial Trucks, Trailers, Commercial and Agricultural Equipment, Recreational Vehicles, Golf Cars, Motorcycles, Customized Motorcycles, Specialty Vehicles {Limousines, Police, Antique, Collectable, Classic, Muscle, Hi-Performance Lamborghini Ferrari type cars to mention a few} Etc.
Answer phone inquiries from customers concerning vehicle valuation products and provide documented solutions in the settlement of a vehicle claim
Follow the valuation process to ensure complete and accurate use of database resources.
Provide accurate, fair market valuations of total loss vehicles for the insurance industry.
Qualifications and Experience Required :
Strong organizational skills with emphasis on attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong mathematical / analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and in written form.
