Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for diverse patient populations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
Utilize data-driven approaches to measure treatment effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly.
Achieve and exceed performance targets through effective patient management and service delivery.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Engage in self-reflection and feedback to continuously improve professional practice.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards in speech therapy.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Educate patients and families on speech and language strategies for home practice.
Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting team members and sharing knowledge.
Experience / Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Mexico.
Proficiency in conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments.
Strong ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech-language pathology.
Experience working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Skilled in data-driven approaches to measure treatment effectiveness.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Ability to educate patients and families on speech strategies.
Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards in speech therapy.
