We are currently seeking one experienced RN Nurse Manager to complete our leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a nonprofit organization that prioritizes adequate staffing and exemplary patient care. The role of the Nurse Manager involves managing two long-term care units/skilled nursing facilities. You are part of the leadership team and will have responsibility, authority, and 24-hour accountability for the management of our residents/patients and all employees assigned to your units. You will be mentoring, teaching, and following up with staff to validate care processes are being followed. We have great staffing and have designed this position so that you do not participate in admissions or care conferences.
