Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients, ensuring their needs and requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
Portfolio Management : Oversee and manage the commercial insurance accounts, ensuring timely renewals, policy adjustments, and new policy applications.
Problem-Solving : Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
Risk Assessment : Analyze client accounts to ensure coverage adequacy and propose necessary adjustments to align with their business needs.
Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters and agents to tailor policies that best fit client demands while adhering to company guidelines and regulations.
Documentation : Ensure all client interactions and policy changes are documented accurately in the system for future reference and compliance purposes.
Requirements
Property & Casualty, Life and Health licenses preferred - licensing assistance available
Minimum 3 years of commercial lines experience preferred
Proficiency in insurance agency management software (Applied EPIC preferred)
Basic Personal Lines knowledge a plus
Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills
Ability to work well with team members
Comfortable referring clients between lines of business
Proven track record of high retention ratios
Ability to write, produce, and refer new business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
