Job descriptionBuild & maintain relationships with 80-100 active dealers and distributors across core regions. Visit dealer and installer locations to provide in-person support training and product updates. Identify & onboard new dealers and installers across Pennsylvania Ohio Indiana and the Midwest. Travel extensivelyapproximately 75% overnightto strengthen brand presence and expand market reach. Promote & help launch new product lines driving awareness and adoption in new territories. Collaborate with internal teams to share field insights customer feedback and growth opportunities. Manage & update the lead list conducting follow-up calls and outreach to develop new business. Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure accurate orders and strong dealer support. Experienced : At least three years of outside sales experience ideally in manufacturing tools or hardware. Self-Motivated Hunter : Driven to find new opportunities and turn leads into lasting partnerships. Strong Communicator : Builds trust through conversationsboth in person and on the phone. Independent Worker : Manages schedules effectively and stays productive while traveling or working remotely.
