Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy plans that empower them to achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies : Apply evidence-based approaches to enhance patient motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Work in close partnership with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families : Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy techniques to foster continued improvement within the home environment.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment : Document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients remain on their rehabilitation track.
