Salary Range : $72,072.00 - $74,229.26

As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing the needs of patients under your care. Your primary focus will be on supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, especially as they progress toward discharge.

Key responsibilities include :

• Delivering and coordinating compassionate patient care for individuals in a variety of settings.
• Working collaboratively with the caregiving team to ensure high-quality care is consistently provided.
• Participating in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), advancing from novice to competent, and potentially to proficient or expert status within your specialty.
• Ensuring that all patient care meets or exceeds the standards of Albany Medical Center.

This position requires integrity, a commitment to excellence in patient care, and adherence to privacy regulations, including HIPAA guidelines. You will be entrusted with sensitive patient information, and you're expected to access it only on a need-to-know basis while taking all necessary precautions to protect it from unauthorized access.
