Job descriptionMBA degree Prior Plant Management experience Complete leadership responsibility for performance and overall development of the business unit Manage the operations with a result-driven framework focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals Empower teams with a managerial style that is collaborative, inclusive, and balanced in approach to achieve commitments Plan and direct the manufacturing operations at the lowest cost consistent with established operating metrics / goals Integrate manufacturing, materials, and maintenance functions, ensuring processes result in high-quality throughout Lead efforts to continuously improve the division's competitive position, resulting in reduced turn time and cost
Job Description
Core Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years in Manufacturing Operations management
Preferred Requirements :
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing business goals and objectives to achieve profitable and sustainable growth. This includes implementing key business initiatives, including lean manufacturing and building high-performance teams. The ideal candidate should be an impact player with a proven track record of accomplishments, understand the business implications of decisions, and demonstrate a strong orientation toward profitability.
