Your knowledge of kitchen operations will be put to the test as you oversee manage all stations and ensure line quality standards. You will also need to have a good understanding of front-of-house operations to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining room.

• Oversee Expo, Smokehouse, prep, and line quality standards
• Utilize knowledge of kitchen operations
