AUTO OFFER POSITION Lutheran Hospital RN / Medical Surgical / Tele Shift : Nights. 7P-7A, every other weekend Duration : 13 weeks GH : 36 or 48 Certifications required : IN state license, BLS Bill Rate : $80 Scope of role : Primary nursing Years of experience required : 1-2 Required skills : IV start, NG and foley placement, critical thinking, precise nursing assessments

All beds are Tele Capable

Types of services : Colorectal, bariatric, general surgeries, GI, renal, telemetry, Diabetes, Wound care, ostomies Ratio : 5 : 1-6 : 1 Number of beds in unit : 25 TRAVELERS SUBMITTED MUST ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE DRIVER'S LICENSE / PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSION - ADDRESS MUST MATCH ID TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY – LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED
