We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Solutions Engineer to serve as a strategic technical leader supporting our most complex, high-value nonprofit and social impact organizations. This individual will operate as a senior product expert, technical strategist, and trusted advisor throughout the enterprise sales and customer lifecycle.

In this role, you will partner closely with enterprise account executives, customer success leaders, and product teams to design and articulate solutions that address the sophisticated technical needs of world‑class nonprofits. You will architect solutions, guide technical evaluations, lead discovery conversations, and communicate the long‑term value of our platform and ecosystem.

As a senior member of the Solutions Engineering team, you will help shape our go‑to‑market strategy, elevate our technical storytelling, and influence the future direction of our product. You will bring seasoned experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, and complex SaaS environments—along with a deep passion for enabling technology‑driven impact in the social sector.

Candidates considered for this role will be located in the San Francisco, Bay Area. There will be an in‑office requirement of 3x a week.

What you'll do

• Lead in-depth, multi‑stakeholder technical discovery across enterprise organizations with complex systems, compliance requirements, and global operations.
• Translate sophisticated business problems into scalable solutions leveraging our platform, APIs, and partner ecosystem.
• Architect end‑to‑end integrations and solution frameworks, accounting for security, performance, data models, and long‑term scalability.

The expected U.S. salary range for this position is $189,000 – $284,000, which may include potential sales incentive payments, + equity + benefits.
