Role Description

We are seeking a CLIO Manage & Grow Implementation Expert for a full-time, temporary role. We prefer candidates in West Palm Beach, FL but are not opposed to remote. This is a short-term, high-impact project expected to last 4–6 weeks full-time (possible part-time extension). It has a very realistic chance of turning into a permanent position for the right person. The chosen professional will be responsible for guiding our staff through CLIO's legal management software. and helping us craft our use strategy. This includes conducting interntal stake holder consultations, configuring software, providing training sessions, and ensuring seamless adoption. Additional responsibilities will include troubleshooting client issues, fostering positive internal relationships, and delivering customized business growth suggestions / solutions using CLIO Manage & Grow tools.

Qualifications

• Professional experience with CLIO Manage & Grow and related software for legal practice management
• Strong knowledge in technology implementation, software configuration, and process optimization
• Excellent communication, client relations, and presentation skills
• Ability to train individuals and teams on technical systems and business growth strategies
• Detail-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in creating tailored client solutions
• Proven ability to work on-site within a collaborative team environment
• Experience in project management and understanding of legal industry workflows is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred
