Join the Imaging Services team in Turlock, CA , where you'll oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and lead a talented group of imaging technologists and support staff.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated imaging specialist who thrives on coordination, compliance, and patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise imaging modality personnel, tech assistants, and front office teams.
• Oversee daily staffing , workflow efficiency, and coverage for the Radiology Department.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training for new team members.
• Implement and monitor performance improvement plans and uphold hospital policies.
• Serve as the acting Imaging Department Lead in the absence of the Imaging Manager.
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, and CDPH standards.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in imaging documentation and patient records.
• Foster a collaborative and professional environment aligned with hospital mission and values.
