Cardiovascular Non-Invasive Technologist - Echo Sonographer - (Cardiac - Echo - Sonography - Sono)

Join our esteemed team as an Echo Tech in the vibrant city of Norfolk, VA, home to cultural landmarks and exciting attractions like Busch Gardens and historical sites. Ghent Station Medical Associates provides a stimulating professional environment recognized for excellence and outstanding patient care.

As an Echo Technician, you will perform a variety of diagnostic cardiac exams using state-of-the-art ultrasound technology. Responsibilities include conducting Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiography, performing Cardiac Stress tests, and administering imaging enhancement agents as per department policies. This is a day shift position with a Monday through Friday, eight-hour workday structure, totaling 40 hours per week.

Specialized in cardiac sonography, you will interpret ultrasound scans, ensure patient readiness and comfort, and collaborate with referring physicians. With no on-call duties, this role details a schedule of approximately 7 exams per day, with occasional additional appointments.
