Product & Team Lead

A company is looking for a Product & Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, setting goals and evaluating performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and oversee the development process

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks and communicating project status

Required Qualifications :

5-7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of leading successful software development projects

Strong hands-on experience with Python and familiarity with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI

Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or Node.js

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
