We are seeking a commission-based recruiter - SOMEONE READY TO BE ON THEIR ABILITIES - to help us meet demand in a highly specialized, growing niche.

Role Overview
We are open to two primary models :
- Recruiters who want to manage both client and candidate relationships working a full-desk handling both business / client development and candidate sourcing / recruiting.
- Recruiters who prefer to focus solely on candidate sourcing and placement, working with established clients already under our umbrella.
The firms we serve operate in the public accounting and advisory space, but more than that, the clients we seek to partner with place a high value on work-life balance, employee engagement and building a people-focused culture.
Prior experience in this niche is not required, but a willingness to learn, ask smart questions, and be coachable is critical.

We are open to stay-at-home professionals, second-career transitions, or individuals seeking to re-enter the workforce.A performance-based commission structure starting at 40% payout, with growth potential to 50%, 60%, and 70% as volume increases.Realistic earnings range from $75,000 to over $100,000 Year One with no cap / limits on compensation.Year Two compensation should realistically be in the $100-150K range with Year Three and beyond exceeding $150-200K+.What Makes You a Fit
