Compensation : $16.50 per hour

Schedule : Must be available to work between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Average hours per week is 40.

Responsibilities :

• Assures customers are receiving world class customer service and attention in the fitting rooms
• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional and pleasant disposition
• Be knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance
• Assist in general office duties that include mail service, sorting and opening mail to deliver to appropriate individuals / departments, and assisting other office positions as needed
• Create daily pocket schedules, make signs for all shops
• Assist in various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed
• Development of product knowledge and partners with sales associates to help achieve daily selling goals
• Focuses on fashion trends
• Checks customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room
• Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
• Be knowledgeable to answer question converting location, price and use of merchandise
• Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth
• Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and problem solving skills
• Be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere and treat others with respect and consideration while following Scheels' policies and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete basic mathematical equations
• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and be able to clearly explain all benefits

Requirements :

Education & Experience : The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, or general education degree (GED); 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements / Lifting Requirements : Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push / pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Medium work Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 30 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
