We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in construction estimating, project planning, construction safety, budget management, risk management, blueprint reading, strategic planning, and team leadership. This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to manage complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the scope of work and project requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated budget and time frame.
• Conduct site safety checks and implement safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans as necessary.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds the client's expectations.
• Utilize strategic planning skills to anticipate potential challenges and develop effective solutions.
