OTC Documentation Specialist

Investment banking client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented OTC Documentation Specialist to support their daily operations of our Documentation team, focusing on Interest Rate and Credit Derivatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ISDA documentation standards and be experienced in managing electronic confirmation platforms. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate trade documentation, supporting regulatory compliance, and fostering effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review paper ISDA confirmations for Interest Rate Derivatives, ensuring adherence to industry standards and product definitions.
• Process and review MarkitWire confirmations for interest rate trades, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and review TradeServ electronic confirmations for Credit Derivatives transactions.
• Ensure all confirmations align with ISDA definitions, internal standards, and current market practices.
