Key Responsibilities

Ensure payroll accuracy through pre-payroll audits and data analysis

Support payroll operations, including cycle management and employee inquiries

Enhance global payroll compliance and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-growth or global environment

Strong analytical skills with experience in payroll data auditing

Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll

Familiarity with global payroll vendors and payroll import processes

Self-starter mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation
