About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Agile Lead to support a strategic Digital POS transformation project . This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, agile delivery, and hands-on involvement in data mapping and testing activities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure business requirements are accurately captured, mapped, and validated through testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint execution

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Perform data mapping between systems and ensure accuracy of data flows

Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and support UAT

Work with developers and vendors to ensure proper implementation of requirements

Maintain documentation in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office

Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications :

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Agile Lead

Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

Hands-on experience with data mapping and testing processes

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience in the mortgage or financial services domain is a strong plus

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have :

Experience with Digital POS systems or similar platforms

Background in vendor coordination and integration projects

Technical aptitude or education in IT, data analysis, or software development
