Currin Outdoor Living is seeking a passionate Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. Collaborating closely with designers and operational experts, you'll help craft stunning landscapes across the Triangle area. We are seeking someone to lead and manage our landscape crew.

Compensation & Benefits :

• $60,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience

As the Landscape Crew Leader your responsibilities will include :

Ideal Qualifications and Skills :

Supervisory Responsibilities : Leading and working alongside a crew of 2-4 team members to complete landscape projects

Physical Demands : The position requires various physical activities, including prolonged standing, walking, stooping, crawling, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, reaching, grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and handling. Other requirements include talking, hearing, depth perception, manual dexterity, and a wide field of vision. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.

Work Environment : The physical demands of this position include being exposed to various outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity. You will encounter fluctuating weather patterns and work in both wet and dry environments. This role also involves frequent exposure to high noise levels from equipment and machinery, as well as vibrations from the use of power tools. Additional environmental exposures include :

Travel : This position is required to travel to job sites in the Triangle area.
