A Retail Assistant Manager is wanted immediately for The Spice & Tea Exchange, a specialty retail shop that sells spices, herbs, teas, spice blends, rubs, and related products. Our Retail Assistant Managers are responsible for cultivating and maintaining a thorough understanding, and complying with all The Spice & Tea Exchange operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the store.
