10+ years of customer support / service operations experience, with 5+ years in global leadership roles
Experience managing globally distributed teams, including contractors
Proven success in leading customer support teams for SaaS products in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with support platforms like Zendesk or similar
Strong operational and people leadership skills
