A company is looking for a FP&A, Director to lead the financial planning and analysis function.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning to align with strategic objectives
Build and maintain an integrated financial model connecting revenue, margins, and expenses
Serve as a finance partner to executive leadership, providing analyses and recommendations for strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
8-12 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, particularly in B2B SaaS environments
Experience in company-level planning and forecasting
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, including complex models
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
