Director of Financial Planning

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Own all FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic modeling

Partner with CFO and senior leadership to develop business cases and support M&A analysis

Build scalable financial models and dashboards to track performance and inform strategy

Required Qualifications

7+ years of FP&A experience at a mid-sized / growth company; healthcare experience preferred

3+ years of management experience strongly preferred

Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and M&A support

Experience with planning systems (Adaptive, Pigment, or similar) preferred

Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree or industry certifications desired
