Job descriptionProvides assistance with mobility, transferring, walking, grooming, bathing, dressing, or undressing, eating and toileting Assists with the safe use of a walker or wheelchair as taught and supervised by the nurse or physical therapist for a specific patient Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients by observing infection control practices, following our guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to your supervisor Reports any change in the patient’s mental or physical condition or home situation to the Registered Nurse and members of the interdisciplinary team Minimum of 18 years old Completed High School or earned Equivalency Diploma Current CNA certification in the State of Mississippi Minimum of six (6) months’ work experience in a direct care setting CPR Certified Have dependable transportation, current driver’s license, and auto insurance Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – company-paid ownership benefit Competitive pay with increased earning potential Health, dental, vision & life insurance Short-term & long-term disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan Generous paid time off (PTO) Cell phone allowance Mileage reimbursement (adjusted for fuel price changes) Career advancement opportunities
