Ally Medical ER, with nine sites across Austin and Houston, is expanding to DFW by opening a new site in Burleson, TX. Our medical practice is looking for exceptional Emergency Medicine physicians who want to be true partners, and not just there for a paycheck.

Requirements : The Details

• $150 / hour + Monthly Shift Payments
• Short Term Observation (STO) Incentive Program – get paid to observe patients in the ER
• Holiday Bonus Pool between $1k - $3k depending on the holiday
• Flexible Scheduling to prioritize life balance
• Consideration for Ownership Opportunities in the ER
• Malpractice Coverage provided (claims-made with tail)
• 1099 pay structure
