  • Shift : Day Shift Flex, 12-hour rotating shifts\n
  • On-Call : Scheduled rotation for Post-Anesthesia Unit\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $2030 - $2180\n

    • \n\nPACU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Oregon nursing license preferred\n
  • Minimum 1 year of PACU or perioperative nursing experience\n
  • BLS certification required\n
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills\n
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities\n

    • \n\nPACU RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Provide nursing care in pre-anesthesia, post-anesthesia Phase I and II recovery\n
  • Monitor patients in the operating room receiving local anesthesia and administer sedation for select procedures\n
  • Deliver quality care for pre- and post-procedure patients using the nursing process and established clinical standards\n
  • Serve as a patient advocate throughout the surgical experience\n
  • Direct and supervise assigned clinical support personnel\n
  • Support the hospital's mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures\n
