Job descriptionCreate and maintain revision-controlled engineering documents to support manufacturing processes Create and edit process traveler / routing sheets Use SolidWorks to provide manufacturing support Troubleshoot manufacturing problems to return to plan as quickly and cost effectively as possible (working with all internal departments, outside vendors and our customers to achieve this goal) Occasionally assist in performing internal quality audits Use of ERP systems for engineering and manufacturing purposes (for example : Epicor) Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) Proficiency with SolidWorks Understanding of machining processes and equipment Experience with the machining of weldments, forgings and castings Experience with NDT (VT, LP, RT, UT) Previous experience with ISO / AS quality systems.
