LPN [LH Primary Care / Shoal Creek]

SUMMARY : Performs selected treatments, diagnostic procedures in routine duties. Assists with clerical functions and performs computer duties, filing, sorting, delivering mail, answering phones, scheduling appointments, registering patients, discharging patients, entering charges, checking charts for accuracy, and maintaining office equipment such as the photocopier and fax machine.

Required Education / Training : Successful completion of Practical Nursing Program

Required Experience : Minimum two (2) years physician office experience

Required Licensure / Certification / Registration : Current Missouri Practical Nursing license; BLS by American Heart Association
