How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and manage master production schedules using SAP tools
- Optimize resource allocation across manpower, equipment, and materials
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for real-time material flow
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to manage schedule changes
- Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Assess and manage capacity constraints with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Align production plans with revenue targets in partnership with sales and finance
- Generate reports and KPIs to keep stakeholders informed
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field, or an associate degree with a minimum of five years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.Three or more years of experience in production planning or supply chain managementProficiency in SAP (especially APO or similar planning modules) MRP for production planning and scheduling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentMore About Us
