We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining sterile equipment and supplies during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and supplies

Assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures

Monitor and control infection control measures

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field

1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
