We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Great Lakes Management!

Maintenance Technician Job Details :

  • Hours – Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm
  • Pay Range – $25 - $26 / hour
  • Location – 1015 Essex St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414 - University Village Apartments

    • Maintenance Technician Responsibilities :

  • Assist in maintaining all mechanical equipment, emergency systems, building fixtures and groundwork as needed.
  • Complete all work orders quickly and efficiently.
  • Report any problems / deficiencies to the Director of Maintenance
  • Knowledgeable of building codes and regulatory compliance issues.
  • Interacts positively with all team members in maintaining census by immediately completing apartment turns
  • Maintain the grounds; trash, sweep, dumpster areas, snowplow, etc
  • Test the resident security systems as required.
  • Assist with custodial duties which include but not limited to, trash removal, carpet cleaning, etc.
  • Perform any maintenance task necessary as directed.

    • Maintenance Technician Qualifications :

  • Minimum two years' experience in maintenance, preferably residential property management.
  • Skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliances, doors & windows.
