Chief Operating Officer

A company is looking for a Head of Operations / COO (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain and manage relationships with pharmacies and manufacturers

Lead clinical operations and ensure compliance with workflows and quality metrics

Manage customer support and improve service metrics through data and automation

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in operations, finance, or general management in a high-growth digital health or wellness company

Proven track record in building and scaling operational teams across multiple functions

Experience leading cross-functional teams of 30+ employees, including direct functional leads

Strong command of financial and operational metrics with P&L ownership experience

Familiarity with compliance in regulated industries such as healthcare and pharmacy
