Provide project management for various infrastructure projects. Will support PennDOT District 6 and other clients. Obtain high level of client satisfaction. Drive business strategy for PennDOT and other clients.

Responsibilities

Business Development : Obtain and maintain high recognition within public and private sector clients, and competitors / partners. Develop strong relationships with clients and competitors. Association Involvement Resource Management : Staff Hiring and Development Database of potential employees Financial / Contractual Management : Negotiate contracts with clients Responsible for tracking project invoices Perform Project Status Reports (PSR) Develop / negotiate scope for sub consultant agreements Limit risk Technical Management : Familiarity with web based communication tools such as a department and / or project web site Develop and negotiate project scope of work / Identify, Track, and negotiate changes in the scope of work Provide quality assurance Provide technical guidance and a safe work environment Perform services within competency (utilization)

Qualifications

15+ years of Director level experience in Project Management, Construction Management or Construction Inspection within gas and transportation infrastructure markets 5+ years of experience of project, financial and operational management Experience with PennDOT District 6 Degree in Civil Engineering Master's in Business Administration is a plus PE preferred

Compensation : In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
