As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure successful execution of tiltwall construction projects. Responsibilities include : assisting in the coordination of subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics; supporting on-site construction activities and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards; helping manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; participating in preconstruction planning and site reviews; contributing to budgeting, scheduling, and procurement efforts; and communicating effectively with field teams, clients, and vendors.

The successful applicant will have : 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with tiltwall projects; a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); strong organizational and communication skills; familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.); and a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
