Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of HPC Support Engineers to ensure high-quality customer support
Own customer escalations and incidents, engaging directly with enterprise customers
Develop and refine support processes and monitor team performance to drive improvements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading technical support or engineering teams
Strong knowledge of HPC clusters, including GPU / InfiniBand systems and networking
Advanced Linux administration and diagnostic skills
Skilled at motivating teams and developing engineers into strong technical contributors
Action-oriented and accountable, aligning team priorities with company and customer goals
