The Role

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Head of Business Intelligence to lead and scale our BI function. In this role, you will own BI strategy, deliver impactful insights, and build scalable reporting solutions that empower teams across the business. You will manage a small team of two (with potential for growth), collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping our data strategy as the business evolves.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership of BI

• Ensure BI priorities and outcomes align fully with the company's strategic direction.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to the C-suite on all BI-related matters.
• Define and communicate internal and external data requirements that support business growth.
• Influence senior leaders to adopt data-driven solutions and analytical thinking.
• Lead the design and development of predictive models, including marketing attribution and forecasting tools.
