Pay Range : $75k-$90k (Base Pay + Uncapped Commission)

Responsibilities :

  • Prioritize safety in all tasks.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial clients using the comprehensive training provided.
  • Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
  • Leverage marketing tools to drive new business development.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of clients’ properties—don’t worry, we will train you on this!
  • Provide recommendations based on your inspections and communicate clearly to ensure clients understand our solutions.
  • Utilize iPads provided to help stay organized and prepare sales agreements.

    • Qualifications :

  • No Experience Required! Sales experience is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license / certification (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and effectively interact with clients.

    • Physical Demands / Working Conditions :

    Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job :

  • Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Accessing crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas.
  • Wearing personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator when necessary.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
