We are looking for a highly experienced Lead ASME Field Welder to join our field operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing pipe welding, boiler repair, and heat exchanger repair projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with ASME codes. Your welding expertise and leadership skills will drive team performance and project success.

Lead ASME Welder Responsibilities

• Lead field-based pipe welding projects, ensuring strict adherence to ASME codes and standards.
• Execute high-quality pipe welding using TIG, MIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet industry and project requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of pipe welders to maintain productivity and excellence.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Utilize a company-provided truck for transportation to job sites.
