Why This Role Is Valuable

This AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis position plays a critical role in supporting both the administrative and strategic financial operations of Revantage’s corporate functions. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes, driving accurate and insightful reporting and analysis of Revantage’s corporate results. This person supports headcount planning, cost allocation modeling, benchmarking analysis, and preparation of board materials. As a key partner to Revantage leadership and department heads, this position guides decision‑making through timely financial insights and operational excellence. The role also leads a growing FP&A team responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis. This position can be based in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX.

How You Add Value

  • Oversee and manage the financial consolidation and reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful delivery.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, partnering with department heads and business units.
  • Manage headcount planning and workforce analytics, collaborating with HR and business leaders.
  • Maintain and enhance FP&A operational processes and systems.
  • Partner with finance, business units, and portfolio companies to provide meaningful financial insights.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and business performance evaluation.
  • Support executive leadership with ad hoc analysis, board reporting, and investor requests.
  • Champion best practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing FP&A team.
  • Manage special projects and cross‑functional initiatives as needed.
  • What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, and reporting.
  • Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial consolidation and reporting cycles.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present financial information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools; experience with FP&A software and ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    Base Compensation Range : $130,000 – $160,000 annually. Bonus and incentive compensation may also apply.

    Benefits : Health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). Additional total direct compensation and benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of governing plans and policies.
