Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical support and oversight to nursing staff within the California region

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards in patient care

Facilitate training and professional development for nursing personnel

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse License in state(s) practicing

Minimum 1-year management and supervisory experience in a hospice or home health agency

Minimum 3-years' experience in hospice, home health, or related nursing fields

Ability to travel and work non-traditional work schedules as needed
