Talent Depot is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established food manufacturing company that has been in business since 1907. They are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support their growing sales team. This role is responsible for managing key administrative tasks, trade show coordination, and conducting inside sales outreach to generate new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- CRM Management : Maintain and update customer records.
- Sales Support : Assist the sales team with account management, processing customer orders, and generating reports.
- Tradeshow Coordination : Organize logistics, assist with booth setup, and create marketing materials.
- Inside Sales :
Conduct 100+ cold calls per week to generate new prospects.
Follow up with leads and meet sales metrics set by the Sales Director.Research and vet potential customers.Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.Requirements
What We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in inside sales OR customer service / sales support , preferably in the food ingredient industry .Bachelor’s degree required.Experience using HubSpot or other CRMs .Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented , and an effective communicator .Benefits
