In this role you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the mechanical plumbing and HVAC industry for commercial construction.
- Manage construction projects and generate accurate and timely construction documentation related to plumbing
- Perform cost analysis billings projections and monthly financials
- Generate estimates and change order requests utilizing labor factors estimating software and historical data
- Ability to generate and review submittals Requests for Information (RFIs) closeouts project scheduling
- Communicate as primary company representative in meetings with General Contractors Architects Engineers & Clients
Requirement
The role is longer term and can be contract to possible direct hire or direct hire.
Onsite South San Francisco CA
Pay range $90000 - $140000
