About the Position

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our on-call snow removal team for the 2025–2026 winter season. This role involves commercial and residential snow shoveling , including sidewalks, walkways, and entryways during snow events.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to earn extra income — perfect for college or high school students, or those who want flexible, on-call winter work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work overnight and early-morning hours during snow events
  • Must be on-call and responsive when snowstorms occur
  • Able to work a minimum of 8-hour uninterrupted shifts
  • Positive attitude and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Pay & Bonus Structure

Base Pay : $20-25 / hour (DOE and Availability)

Hourly Bonus Tiers (per storm event) :

  • Our hourly tiered bonus program allows you to earn more money, ON TOP of your hourly wage, for every hour you work!
  • Snow removal can often bring long hours - we recognize that and want to REWARD our employees who can grind and stick with it!
  • We also offer a team-lead bonus for those interested in running a commercial shovel crew!
