Community Services for Children is looking for a Clerical Support Specialist to join our Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) team. This position provides clerical support to the Early Learning Resource Centers, integrating outstanding customer service, compliance to regulations, and adherence to CSCs mission, vision, and values. As an integral member of the team, the Clerical Support Specialist supports the work of ELRC staff primarily by receiving, processing, and maintaining incoming documents in multiple formats and providing back up support to regional Administrative Specialists.

Job Description :
- Receives and processes incoming documents via email, U.S. mail, drop offs, etc. (hard copy and digital)
- Scans and converts paper documents, photos, and other images into high-quality, legible PDF files.
- Reformats, separates, and compiles documents as needed to meet program requirements.
- Maintains an organized electronic filing system, ensuring confidential, secure storage and appropriate distribution of documents.
- Manages workload to meet strict regulatory timelines and processing deadlines.
- Provides back-up support to regional Administrative Specialists by answering phones and completing other administrative tasks; and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Attends supervisory conferences, staff meetings, and training sessions as required.
Requirements :
Two years of clerical experience, including handling, scanning, and formatting documents of various types.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe ProHigh School diploma required. Associates Degree in Social Service, Business, Computer Science preferred.Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) required .Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Ability to be flexible with day-to-day responsibilities as program needs arise.Valid drivers license and full-time use of a car, or reliable transportation as required.Benefits :
