OBGYN Locums Job in Arkansas Clinic + Call Beginning January 1, 2026 - Ongoing Assignment

Ongoing assignment

Scheduled clinical hours plus call

Facility will accept multiple providers

Expedited privileges available for providers with clean histories

Shift Description

Clinic : 4 days / week, 8 AM - 4 PM with 1-hour lunch

Call Schedule : 1 : 4 rotation

Weekend Coverage : Friday 8 AM - Monday 8 AM

Call Details

Call Type : Beeper

Call Response Time : 20 minutes to be in facility Call Back Percentage : 2%

Overnight + weekend call required

Requirements

Board Certified in OBGYN

Licensed in AR or IMLC

BLS, PALS & Fetal Monitoring certification

Laser Certification

Fellowship preferred

Required Procedures

Low risk pregnancy management

FHR interpretation : NST, CST, FSE

OB Ultrasounds : Level I (viability) & Level II (anatomic) - performance + interpretation

Routine deliveries : Vaginal, Low forceps, decision-making for C-section

Complicated deliveries : C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBACs

Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations

Office / minor gynecology : IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP

Surgical gynecology : Open & Laparoscopic diagnostic / minor - Tubal ligation, LOAs, Chronal tubation

Surgical gynecology : Operative / major - Ectopic pregnancy, Ovary removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs

Practice Setting

Trauma Level : 3

Outpatient & Inpatient

Admissions required

Hospital Stroke Certified

No supervision required

EMR System : Athena & Meditech

Staff Support

MA ratio : 2 : 1
