Financial Analyst – Manufacturing | Dixon, IL

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Financial Analyst to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Dixon, IL. This role is a key business partner to plant leadership, providing financial insights that drive operational performance and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do :

Lead financial reporting and cost analysis for product lines

Support quoting and investment decisions with robust financial modeling

Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

Evaluate and maintain standard cost systems and variance analysis

Act as a liaison between Finance, Materials, and IT for MRP-related processes

Assist in preparing monthly earnings packages and participate in earnings calls

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies (SOX, GAAP)

Mentor and develop junior finance team members

Promote a safe and healthy work environment through active participation in safety programs

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA / CMA preferred)

MBA or Master’s in Accounting is a plus

6+ years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial planning

ERP experience required; SAP preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
